Welcome of the ProExplo 2011 President

We are pleased to invite you to the "VII International Congress of Explorations - ProExplo 2011" organized by the Peruvian Institute of Mining Engineers to be held from February 6 to 8, 2011 in Lima.

This time, our main motto is "PERU: COUNTRY FOR EXPLORATION" in order to contribute to the development of explorations since the mining sector cannot exist without developing this paramount activity.

Our second motto is "BUILDING BRIDGES" in order to develop joint explorations in the countries of the region. We will have the contribution of important institutions such as:

The Society of Economic Geologists-SEG
The Agency for the Technological Development of the Brazilian Mining Industry - ADIMB
The Universidad de Concepción of Chile (Concepción University of Chile)
The Sociedad Geológica del Peru - SGP (Geological society of Peru) 
The Asociación de Exploradores del Perú-AEPE. (Peruvian Explorers Association)

ProExplo 2011 is the ideal scenario to share experiences, identify future mining projects, and to improve and increase exploration activities in the country and in the South-American region.

ProExplo 2011 will be a meeting point for experts and national and international businessmen.

We hope to have your participation in this important event by submitting technical papers or registering in ProExplo 2011.
